In a recent survey of 400 Canadian employees conducted by Collin Baer Group and career consulting firm Market Yourself Smarter, Thindata 1:1 was ranked among the top 10 companies who know how to 'walk the talk'.

Chris Carder, Thindata 1:1 CEO, earns accolades as employer who knows how to 'walk the talk'.

In a recent survey of 400 Canadian employees conducted by Collin Baer Group and career consulting firm Market Yourself Smarter, Thindata 1:1 was ranked among the top 10 companies who know how to 'walk the talk'.

Other employers who made the list include Cisco Systems, Bell Canada and KPMG LLP.

The resulting report indicates that today's employees have strong ideas about how they expect to be treated by their employer. Chris Carder, CEO of Thindata 1:1, scored high praise from his employees for being accessible, supportive and responsive.

In her interview with the Globe and Mail, Catherine Fennell of Market Yourself Smarter stated, 'There is no greater compliment for any organization that to be voted onto the island by their own employees.'
